Leo Birthday Dance Party!

We're anticipating this to be the first in-person touch event we've offered since March 7, 2020, when COVID slammed everything shut. By this time, we assume everyone will have had a chance to be vaccinated and that transmission levels will accordingly be WAY down. And we realize that could change.

All attendees will sign an agreement that they've either been vaccinated, taken two of the "instant tests" within 48 hours of the party, or have actually had COVID within the past 3 months and are fully recovered.

Re-opening for touch events, plus the fact that Cliff is turning 70 (what???) on August 3, are great excuses for a truly grand party!

There will be fire in the fire pit and the waterfall as background sound for those enjoying the hot tub (SILENTLY after 11PM!!!), an amazing entertainment performance at 8:15PM, and of course there will be dancing until late into the night.

The entire ground floor will be an E3/E4 pleasure area. There will be lots of ways to explore your fantasies - adult games, a HUGE padded play area, sensation play implements, massage tables, the Cage, plus my COVID-era invention we call The Stirrups. And, as usual, you can simply be a voyeur to others deeply enjoying. I don't like causing or receiving extreme pain, so please - no whips, paddles, canes, etc. Bondage and light spanking/flogging is fine as long as the intent is pleasure, not pain, for the receiver.

The third floor will have a quiet(er), non-sexy cuddle space with mattress toppers and a bed where you can relax and chill out.

This is a great chance to wear a sexy costume! Show a side of yourself you haven't revealed to others in more than a year! There are so few occasions in life to dress however you'd like, so why not take advantage of this one?

Etiquette
Of course, your (and everyone’s) personal boundaries are sacrosanct. Say "yes" to whatever you desire and "no" to whatever you don't. Make SURE you have clear, enthusiastic consent before interacting with anyone! This is a great opportunity to find your voice.

Delicious, post-dinner food will be provided. Please bring whatever finger foods and/or beverage you enjoy (no meat and no hard alcohol). If you bring your own towel for the hot tub, I would appreciate it!

If you invite a guest, be sure they are comfortable with sensual costumes and interactions, and they understand how critical boundaries and consent are for everyone's comfort and safety. If in doubt, please contact me. And if you invite a guest, you are responsible for them for the entire evening!

For everyone's comfort and safety, I am restricting anyone with a white wristband (E1 or E2) from going downstairs, even if they are invited during the party by an E3 or E4 member.

The only exception is if the E1/2 person has been in a relationship with the E3/4 person for at least two months. You need to PM me PRIOR to the party with the details so I can adjust the registration list.

Please ride-share if possible, as my neighbors will undoubtedly recall just how annoying having 80 cars parked up and down the street can be! A good, safe place to meet up is the parking lot of the QFC at the intersection of Miller and Barnes. DON'T PARK more than 1 house past mine on 85th, as that becomes private property, and those residents have the right to tow your car.
